Sometimes social media platforms do updates and our app connection to them "disconnects". This results in your posts for a certain social media platform to not post. Fortunately this is a super easy fix!
If you suspect your social media connections might not be posting like they should, do a refresh first, then check by posting something new. You can find a Refresh button by each of your "connections" under the connections tab in your admin panel. Once you have refreshed, test it by scheduling a new post for that social media account.
It is a prudent business practice to refresh your connections anytime you have changed passwords for those accounts as well, just in case.
